Our educator support team serves schools and districts in the use and understanding of True Progress technology and services for the best possible experience. The educator support team is the main relationship between the company and educators. The goal of each educator support interaction is for the educator to leave with answers, solutions, and even inspiration. We use email, phone, online chat, Zoom meetings, and video recordings to communicate with educators.
